All orders from outside the UK are based on a weight to distance calculation. This will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery times:

All orders are dispatched within two working days unless otherwise stated. If we are out of stock, we will let you know by email, and you can decide to wait or have a refund.

Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we either use Royal mail, Hermes or TNT.

Your order may need to be signed for, so if you're not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.

If you are in the UK, you should receive your goods within 5 working days.

If you are in Europe, you should receive them within 8 working days.

If you are outside of Europe, you should receive them within 10 working days.

All orders below 1kg in weight are sent using Royal Mail. If no-one is at home when the postman calls, a calling card will be left which gives you the option of having the parcel redelivered, picking the parcel up from your local Royal Mail Delivery Centre or having the parcel delivered to your local Post Office (for a small charge). If you do not contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Centre and the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay the additional charges we incur to repost the order to you. These charges will be the same as the original postage charges.

We will aim to post your order within two working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirming dispatch.

All orders between 1-5kg in weight are sent via Hermes. The courier service also requires a signature on receipt of the order. All orders over 5Kg are sent using TNT.

We don't charge any handling or packaging fees, you simply pay the postage charges that we incur. Customers outside the EU may be liable to local import taxes. If you have any questions regarding additional taxes that you may be charged please contact your local customs and revenue office. If you have any specific requirements for any orders please contact us.

Please fill in your address correctly. If your item is not delivered to you as a result of you failing to provide correct address details, we cannot be financially responsible for the loss.

Free postage:

If you are a UK customer and your order comes to £60 or over you will not pay any postage. This is great if you and some friends order together, you could make big savings!

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Returns Policy:

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, we are happy for you to cancel and return any "as new" and unused goods. However, you must contact us in writing (letter or email) to cancel your contract within seven working days after the day of delivery. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. You must return the cancelled order to us as soon as possible. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us and ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you are returning the entire order you will be entitled to a full refund (eg the cost of the returned products and your original delivery costs). However, if you are returning part of an order, you will be entitled to a refund for the cost of the returned item but not the delivery costs. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and your actions result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights

Faulty goods:

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us by e-mail within seven working days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
