For an athlete to fuel training sessions correctly, without causing stress on the body’s systems, the correct intake of carbohydrates and electrolytes are necessary. 

The human bodies preferred energy pathway is from carbohydrates.  Taking endure prior to intense workouts or during training will ensure the correct ratio of carbohydrates are delivered to sustain energy levels.

Raw Sport endure is a tri combination of maltodextrin, crystalline A-D glucose and fructose crystals, designed to rapidly absorb for an instant fuel source. It is this three-pronged combination of carbohydrate that allows the body to process up to 90 grams of carbohydrate per hour, without any digestive discomfort.  Endure also includes 2 key electrolytes that are depleted via sweat during intense training, helping to reduce the detrimental effects of fatigue.

Consuming 1 serving of endure per hour will deliver 43g of carbs. For a more intense training session or race day itself, we recommend taking 2 servings per hour.

To provide energy and replace glycogen lost during exercise. Intra workout fuel, slow and fast absorbing carbohydrte with electroltyes to allow you to exercise harder for longer. Mix 50g with 500-750ml water during / per 1 hour of exercise

When to take Endure?: Take during exercise for peak energy

Raw Fuel
To provide carbohydrate and protein to aid recovery from exercise. With added full spectrum vitamin and mineral blend & probiotics.

Mix 100g with 400ml water/milk 30/60 minutes post exercise.

Magnesium
