Xtreme Power with Tri creatine malate, Beta Alanine and fenugreek. Pre workout xtreme is designed to enhance power during the toughest workouts. The xtreme power matrix promotes explosive power, helping to smash your athletic goals. Creatine malate helps the muscles maximise explosive power and increases ATP levels whilst you train. Beta Alanine is an amino acid that is converted to carnosine, a dipeptide naturally found in skeletal muscle. Carnosine concentrations are higher in fast twitch fibres used by body builders, rowers, cyclists and sprinters during explosive high intensity training. Maintaining high levels of carnosine helps buffer lactic acid production and delays the onset of muscle fatigue, helping to improve endurance. Beta alanine is the rate limiting substrate in the production of carnosine, meaning that without beta alanine, carnosine isn’t produced. Fenugreek is a natural herb that boosts testosterone, supporting strength and power.

AAKG is a modified version of the amino acid Arginine. L-arginine is broken down into nitric oxide in various tissues in the body.
