This week is said to be one of the toughest of the year. The January blues kick in with more people reporting feeling miserable, leading to Monday Jan 16th being dubbed #BlueMonday. It’s also the week when most people abandon their New Year resolutions, which is why Friday Jan 20th is known as #FailFriday.
So here at Revolution Foods we’ve chosen this week to launch the search for three people who want to buck the trend and start new healthy eating habits for life.
